Run it for 60 days
Full platform access while the workflow is used in real clinical conditions. One real change, run end to end, with the credentialling record it produces.

Convert when it is working
At 90 days, if the measures are met, the pilot converts to the annual subscription. There is no second implementation charge on conversion.

Questions about pricing
Because the answer depends on where you are. Packages are sold through regional distributors who set their own terms, and the figure in one market is not the figure in another. Rather than publish a number that turns out to be wrong for you, we quote per department, in your region and your currency, usually within a day of talking.
