How it works

Agree what success looks like
Before anything is signed, we set the adoption measures for your department together, in writing. Who is using it, for which change, and what has to be true at the end.

Run the 90 day pilot
The pilot runs at 30% of the annual fee, on the full platform with onboarding included. One real change, run end to end, with the credentialling record it produces.
- 3
Convert only when the measures are met
If the agreed measures are met, the pilot converts to the annual subscription. If they are not, the guarantee below applies.
And if it does not stick
Six months on us.
If the change has not become your standard of care by the end of the pilot, you keep full access and support at no cost for up to six months, until it has.
