AyniHealth is both. The software is the platform itself. Alongside it, a marketplace connects teams with verified change management, implementation, and credentialling specialists who work inside the same platform as the department's own project.
Is AyniHealth a learning management system?
No. AyniHealth is not a learning management system. It carries educational content and competency records, but its purpose is running clinical change programmes end to end, from aligning a team before the work starts to sustaining competency long after go-live.
What does the name Ayni mean?
Ayni is a Quechua word from the Andes describing reciprocity, the practice of communities helping each other with the expectation that the help returns. The company is named after it because knowledge shared between clinical teams is the same idea.

Yes, AyniHealth does credentialling. It holds task-specific competency and credentialling records for every clinician, every procedure, and every system, including role-based competency maps, automated renewals, and an auditable record ready for accreditation.
Does AyniHealth do education and training?
Yes, AyniHealth does education and training. Departments build and assign educational content and structured challenges, learners work through them in the platform, and completion feeds directly into the competency record.
Does AyniHealth do project and task management?
Yes, AyniHealth does project and task management for clinical change work. Goals set at the planning stage become tracked tasks with owners, due dates, and shared visibility across the team.
Does AyniHealth do compliance and audit reporting?

Yes. AyniHealth treats the load that constant change places on clinical staff as part of the problem it solves, and the platform is designed to protect the people delivering the change, not only to track the change itself.

Pricing and buying

How much does AyniHealth cost?
AyniHealth is priced per department rather than per individual seat, and it is intended to replace several disconnected tools a department already pays for. Current figures are quoted directly by the AyniHealth team, because pricing varies by region and distributor.
Is AyniHealth free for individual clinicians?
Yes, in part. An individual clinician can use AyniHealth communities and keep their own learning record for free. Department-level features are part of a paid organisation subscription.
Can we run a pilot before committing?
Yes. AyniHealth offers a structured ninety day pilot backed by the Change Guarantee, so a department can prove the platform on a real implementation before making a longer commitment.
How does an organisation buy AyniHealth?
An organisation buys AyniHealth by talking to the AyniHealth team, who set up the organisation and its subscription. Individual programmes and checklists published by other healthcare organisations can also be licensed through the marketplace by an organisation administrator on behalf of a whole team.
What is the AyniHealth marketplace?
The AyniHealth marketplace is where clinical teams book verified specialists and license ready-made programmes, challenges, and checklists built by other healthcare organisations. Every specialist is checked before they appear, and they work inside the customer's own AyniHealth project rather than in separate tools.

Integration, data, and security

Does AyniHealth integrate with our existing systems?
Yes. AyniHealth is designed to connect to the systems a department already runs rather than to become a second record of the same information. Integration comes in three tiers, and a department picks the shallowest tier that records what it needs recorded.
Does AyniHealth support single sign-on?
Yes. AyniHealth supports hospital single sign-on through Microsoft Entra ID, as well as Google sign-in and ordinary email and password accounts.
Can other platforms report activity completion back into AyniHealth?
Yes. A partner organisation can host a learning activity on its own site, hand a learner off to it from inside AyniHealth, and report completion back through the partner integration protocol. The record lands in the learner's AyniHealth competency history.
Can AI assistants read AyniHealth data?
Yes. AyniHealth exposes a Model Context Protocol server, so AI assistants such as Claude and Microsoft 365 Copilot can read a user's own projects, tasks, content, and documents with that user's authenticated permissions and nothing more.
Where is AyniHealth data stored?
AyniHealth data is stored in managed cloud infrastructure, with the database hosted on Neon Postgres and uploaded files held in Amazon S3 in the Asia Pacific region. Access is scoped to the organisation that owns the data.
Who can see our organisation's content?
Only the people the organisation chooses. Content and challenges carry one of three visibility levels: public to all platform users, restricted to a single organisation, or restricted to a single team inside it. Controlled documents are never public.

Using the platform

How do I sign up for AyniHealth?
You sign up at ayni.health by creating an account with an email address, a Google account, or your hospital's Microsoft account. Joining an existing organisation happens by invitation from that organisation's owner.
Do I need my hospital to sign up before I can use AyniHealth?
No. An individual clinician can create an account and start using communities and their own learning record without their hospital being a customer. Department features become available once the organisation subscribes.
What languages does AyniHealth support?
AyniHealth is available in English, Korean, Spanish, German, French, and Japanese.
Is AyniHealth available outside Australia?
Yes. AyniHealth is an Australian company and works with clinical teams internationally, including across Asia, Europe, and North America.
